It was reported by director of JFE, most foreigners paid much attention to Chinese export tariff adjustment onferroalloy products and very conservative in business transaction. Athough there has been no official release on export tariff, foreiners seemed to be insist on the confirmation. Rumors diffusion has taken a negative effect on the market as most of them rediced the business transaction recently. We suggest all of the traders should be cautious to the news on export tariff before 2014 scheme is issued.
