In the beginning of May, Si price rebounded slightly in China. Products of Si553#, 441# were in good sales with orders increased, and even some brand Si products were in shortage and it’s hard to purchase on spot market. Added with RMB appreciation, Si producers improved the quotation. With more and more furnaces reworked, some buyers showed wait-and-see attitude towards Si market and had less enthusiasm to buy. Therefore, it’s estimated that Si price has some risk to rise up in future.
