Erdos Metallurgical Group is the largest Ferroalloys producer in China and the biggest producer of ferrosilicon in the world currently. Qinghai Wutong Group is another big producer of Ferro silicon in China, it's 60% output is high purity ferro silicon. Erdos and Wutong, two Chinese big ferro silicon producers have discussed to merge together and comprise the biggest ferro silicon plant in the world.
As said, Erdos would have purchased 65% shares of Wutong group, their negotiation seems to be finally concluded very soon. If This New Mergered Group were comprised, Erdos will be definatelly the biggest
ferroalloys producer in the world, and their capacity will be ferro silicon 1.2million tons, Silicon Manganese, 300000million tons, Silicon Metal ,Solar grade, 1500mt .That is the biggest one in the world, the largest ferro slicon plant in the world. the second one is Russian ferroalloys, with 0.7million tons of ferro silicon
